TORO ISOTRONIC
TORO ISOTRONIC is the first power harrow with ISOBUS communication protocol that guarantees optimal performances, full control of the equipment and maximum care for environmental sustainability. A unique product in the market, winner of the Technical Innovation Award at EIMA INTERNATIONAL 2021.
The numerous patented technical-structural solutions allow electronic management of multiple functions, enhancing results on field and the machine performance, also in terms of Agriculture 4.0.
Thanks to the ISOBUS communication protocol, it is possible to display all working parameters from tractor terminal. Knowing and modifying in real time all parameters allows to improve yields in the field, limiting costs and time.
A series of sensors distributed throughout the machine allow the main functions to be constantly monitored for full control of the equipment. Operator can check power absorbed, temperature of oil in gearboxes, rotating speed of rotors, slip of cardan shafts, actual working depth, misalignment of rollers, correct positioning of cardan joints when closing (“Salvacardani” is a patented innovation), hours and hectares worked.
TORO ISOTRONIC ensures an extraordinary robustness thanks to the reinforced frame, the innovative structural improvements and the new bearings for the roller range known as "Blindato".
The latest protect the equipment from any type of contamination and allow greater consistency in the quality of work on field whatever ground conditions
These innovations are in addition to other well-proven solutions, such as the air-cooling device for central gearboxes and the quick release system for the 16 mm thick tines.
The transmission body, reinforced with high-strength steel, is made up of a double box structure: with an internal sheet thickness of 6 mm and an external one of 5 mm, greater rigidity and strength are guaranteed
The new TORO ISOTRONIC has been designed to meet high standards of robustness and guarantee the farmer always performing equipment in all working conditions.
TORO ISOTRONIC allows to increase production yield and improve quality of refinement by reducing any downtime. It is also possible to export work data for diagnosis and analysis with the aim of increasing TORO ISOTRONIC efficiency of use.
The design of PRIMO is the result of collaboration between our R&D department and the Italian School of Design (SID), because style has an increasingly important impact in the world of agriculture too.
