EXTREME Series 2 ISOTRONIC is the round baler with variable geometry and variable chamber ideal for the collection of all products, both dry and moist, created to increase performance on field thanks to a large pick-up of 220 cm, drop floor, 4 high resistance clinched belts  and 4 feeder systems.

Variable Chamber & Geometry

The variable geometry system confers to EXTREME Series 2 ISOTRONIC the winning features of a variable chamber machine and the advantages of fix chamber, for these reasons it can be definitively named a hybrid round baler. Right from the start, the product can be baled with up to 210 bar like in a variable chamber, but also to create an empty space by lifting the first rocker arm, allowing the soft heart and the classic star shape to form, as in a fixed round baler.

Pre-chamber with 0 bar pressure

The winning concept of the pre-chamber is based on the possibility of the first arm  to remain in the raised position, creating a free space with absolute lack of pressure on the incoming product, loose collected, with the creation of the classic star shape up to a maximum diameter of 110 cm. This process is ideal for the collection of noble and delicate products, which require greater attention during harvesting.

Easy adjustment for a perfect bale

Depending on the type and moisture of the product to be collected, with EXTREME series 2 ISOTRONIC it is possible to set the working pressure to obtain a high quality a bale and great versatility in the management of the product to be baled: 100% hard core (wet product that requires also wrapping), 100% soft heart, 50% soft heart and 100% hard heart (like straw).

Isobus communication protocol

EXTREME series 2 ISOTRONIC has been updated with ISOBUS communication protocol. All the working parameters can be comfortably set from the ISOBUS terminal on tractor in a simple and intuitive way.
