EXTREME 1 FLAX is the round baler with variable geometry and chamber with mechanical management ideal for the collection of flax thanks to a particular and robust four-bar pick-up and windrow press wheel. The high operating pressure up to 195 bar allows to form compact and heavy bales. The combination with even low-power tractors make it performant in all conditions, even with abundant windrows.
The management of the internal geometry of the variable chamber is made possible by a double rocker arm controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The first defines the pressure and the diameter of the bale with the possibility of creating a pre-chamber with zero pressure up to 110 cm, while the second rocker automatically compensates the tension of the six clinched belts during the formation of the bale.
EXTREME 1 FLAX has the possibility to manage the size of the pre-chamber in a mechanical way thanks to a pin system placed directly on the sides of the round baler, with 4 positions creating a pre-chamber from a minimum of 50 cm to a maximum diameter of 110 cm, to be chosen according to the humidity of product to be collected. The management of the bale diameter is managed electronically by EASYTRONIC control unit.
The particular 1,723 mm pick-up with windrow press wheel allows to collect the product and feed the compression chamber in a constant way. The pick-up consists of 4 bars for always ontinuous feeding. The 1,000 rpm give excellent harvesting performance in all conditions.
